Should work out. We probably won't have his class until Wednesday, but assuming he ok's it I should have it in the mail by Friday at the lastest.
If you want, I can paint the wood and tape the face of it prior to putting it through the machine, that way, when it comes out, it'll be pre-taped to paint the inside of the "Neon" letters whatever color you want. In the above pictures, I just left it wood-colored and unpainted, but it might not pop as well with yellow
